5月27日,衡阳市党政代表团赴郴州市学习考察经济社会发展情况,学习期间深感郴州变化大、两地发展差距大、工作压力大;特别是郴州市县域经济发展方面的经验更值得借鉴参考。现结合衡阳县情简要谈三点体会:一、要从“三量”差距中认清形势1、GDP增速有差距。2014年,衡阳县GDP增长9.3%,增幅居全省第89位;郴州市增幅居全省前15位的有永兴县、资兴市、苏仙区、桂阳县、宜章县和安仁县,分别增长12.3%、12.1%、11.8%、11.8%、11.4%和11.
