目的为了寻找性能优良、安全低毒的烟酸替代品 ,合成具有降血脂活性的烟酸衍生物 β (N 异丙氨基烟酰氨基 )乙醇烟酸酯及其马来酸盐。方法以 2mol烟酰氯和 1mol异丙氨基乙醇为原料 ,采用氨解与醇解同时进行的一步法进行合成。成盐反应采用混合溶剂及分步结晶的方法。结果合成品的质量和收率符合文献要求。结论一步合成法操作简便 ,反应条件温和是较理想的合成路线。成盐反应适宜溶剂为丙酮和乙醇组成的混合溶剂。
Objective To find nicotinic acid derivatives nicotinic acid derivatives β (N-isopropylaminonicotinamido) ethanolic nicotinate and its maleate with excellent hypothermia and low toxicity. Methods 2mol nicotinoyl chloride and 1mol isopropylaminoethanol were used as raw materials to synthesize the product by one-step simultaneous ammonolysis and alcoholysis. Salt-forming reaction using a mixed solvent and fractional crystallization method. Results The quality and yield of the synthetic products met the literature requirements. Conclusion One-step synthesis method is simple and convenient, and the reaction conditions are mild and ideal synthesis route. The salt-forming reaction is a suitable solvent for the mixed solvent of acetone and ethanol.
