如何能合理地运用教材、教具、仪器设备等有形的课程资源和学生已有的知识和经验以及老师恰到好处的点拨等无形的课程资源和教学的终极目标进行有效的整合,从而提高课堂效率呢?我们首先要从主观上有主动理解、升华新的教育理念的意识,然后在行动上要敢于弃旧从新,忍心摒弃传统的教学习惯。这是一个不断磨合、提升、深化的过程。为了能最大限度地提高课堂效率,我们应主要从处理教材;创设教学情境;发挥教师主导性三个方面进行研究。
How can we effectively use classroom materials, teaching aids, equipment and other physical resources and the tangible curriculum resources and students have the knowledge and experience as well as the teacher just the right to teach and other intangible curriculum resources and the ultimate goal of effective integration, thereby enhancing classroom efficiency? First of all, we must take the initiative to subjectively understand and sublimate the consciousness of new educational concepts, and then we should dare to abandon the old ones in action and abandon the traditional teaching habits. This is a process of continuous running in, ascension and deepening. In order to maximize classroom efficiency, we should mainly study from three aspects: dealing with teaching materials, creating teaching situations and giving play to teachers’ leading role.
