教师专业自觉,即教师对教育活动的认同及觉悟,包括教师对自己过去专业发展的客观认识、对现在专业发展的创造性地开展及对自己未来专业发展的理想追求和积极规划。它主要包括三大特征:1.感受到提升教师自身专业水平的迫切性;2.自觉认识到教学活动中产生的问题并创新地去解决;3.教师自觉地建构属于自己的教学精神世界。归根到底,教师的专业自觉是一种文化和教育精神的自觉。教师专业自我发展包含两种理解,一种是指教师“专业
Professional teachers’ self-awareness, that is, teachers’ recognition and enlightenment on educational activities include teachers’ objective understanding of their past professional development, creative pursuit of professional development and their ideal pursuit and active planning for their future professional development. It includes three major characteristics: 1. Feel the urgency to enhance their own professional level; 2. Consciously recognize the problems arising from teaching activities and innovatively to solve; 3. Teachers consciously construct their own teaching spirit of the world.
