1988年10月,我国大陆首条高速公路(沪嘉高速)建成通车,从此中国的公路建设事业进入了一个全新的发展时期。高速公路从无到有,从少到多,从1988年的20公里到现在的19453公里,跃居世界第二。我们用短短13年的时间走过了发达国家40年的历程,成绩举世瞩目。在我们为公路建设成就而自豪、振奋时,一个无法回避的问题摆在了我们面前,这就是“高速公路管理的情况如何?”要回答这个问题,让我们先从高速公路的管理现状谈起。
In October 1988, the first expressway in China (Shanghai-Jiaxing Expressway) was opened to traffic. Since then, China’s road construction has entered a new period of development.
