The issue mentioned by the author in this article is an important issue that has not yet been widely noticed. Through a large number of engineering practices, they found out that many oxygen generators frequently exhibit fluctuations in the liquid level indicator after commissioning and putting into operation, and the meter indication values do not reflect the actual liquid level, which in turn causes the adjustment device to malfunction or misuse. Most of these situations have arisen due to the improper laying of measuring pipes. This reminds us that in the construction process, we must conscientiously implement the principle of “meticulous design and careful construction” to further improve project quality. The approach mentioned in this article also applies to measuring lines for liquefied gas flow, resistance, etc.
