“单兵突进”式的改革被认为已难以为继刚刚结束的十七届五中全会,为“十二五”规划定调,其中两个核心议题是转变经济发展方式和改革收入分配制度。官方媒体在展示过去五年辉煌成就的同时,也未忽略镜子的另一面:转变经济发展方式未取得实质性进展,收入差距仍在扩大。而解决的唯一路径是“改革”。
The reform of “single-unit advancement” has been considered as difficult to set the tone for the “second five-year plan” for the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee. The two core issues are transforming the mode of economic development and reform Income distribution system. While demonstrating the brilliant achievements of the past five years, the official media has not overlooked the other side of the mirror: no substantive progress has been made in transforming the mode of economic development and the income gap is still widening. The only way to solve is “reform”.
