利用石英砂尾泥、粉煤灰、水磨石渣等工业废渣,在实验室成功制备出废渣陶粒。通过正交实验对原料配比进行了优选,对焙烧温度、焙烧时间等工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,当石英砂尾泥:粉煤灰:水磨石渣:纯碱为30:43:15:12、焙烧温度为1 200℃、恒温时间为10~20 min时,陶粒的膨胀率达到60%、筒压强度10.5 MPa,达到GB/T 17431.1-1998要求,为石英砂尾泥等工业废渣的资源化利用提供一个新途径。
The use of quartz sand tailings, fly ash, terrazzo and other industrial waste residue in the laboratory successfully prepared waste ceramsite. Through orthogonal experiment, the ratio of raw materials was optimized, and the process conditions such as calcination temperature and calcination time were optimized. The results show that when the quartz sand tailings: fly ash: terrazzo slag: soda ash is 30: 43: 15: 12, calcination temperature is 1 200 ℃ and the constant temperature time is 10 ~ 20 min, the expansion rate of ceramsite reaches 60% , Cylinder pressure 10.5 MPa, meet GB / T 17431.1-1998 requirements for the quartz sand tailings and other industrial waste to provide a new way of resource utilization.
