为了对立磨机腔型进行合理的优化,研制出高效、节能的新型立磨机,在分析立磨机腔型结构的基础上,以不同腔型中钢球速度变化为评价指标,运用EDEM离散元软件建立不同腔型模型,通过仿真分析得出:导料板的安装可明显提升钢球速度;拔料筋的安装方式对钢球的运动有着明显的影响。采用正交试验与极差分析找到并验证了腔型结构的最优配置。
In order to optimize the cavity type of the vertical mill, a new type of vertical mill with high efficiency and energy saving was developed. Based on the analysis of the vertical mill cavity structure, the change of the ball speed in different cavity types was taken as the evaluation index, Meta-software establishes different cavity models, and through the simulation analysis, it is concluded that the installation of the guide plate can obviously speed up the ball; the installation of the pull-in bar has a significant effect on the movement of the steel ball. Orthogonal test and range analysis were used to find and verify the optimal configuration of cavity structure.
