目的研究建立毛细管柱气相色谱法同时测定蔬菜中23种有机磷类和8种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的分析方法。方法蔬菜样品经均质匀浆用乙腈提取,以弗罗里矽柱(FlorislR)固相萃取小柱净化,用带氮磷检测器的气相色谱仪分析。结果在建立的方法中31种农药在18min内已全部出峰完毕,各组分分离度好。样品加标回收率为81.4%~113.6%,变异系数在2.0%~12.3%之间,方法最低检出限为0.003mg/kg~0.020mg/kg。结论实验结果表明研究方法准确度高、精密度好、灵敏快速。各技术指标均能满足农药残留检测的要求。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 23 organophosphorus and 8 carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The vegetable samples were homogenized with acetonitrile, purified with FlorislR solid phase extraction cartridges and analyzed by gas chromatography with nitrogen and phosphorus detector. Results In the established method, all the 31 kinds of pesticides have completed their peaks within 18 min and the components have good resolution. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 81.4% to 113.6% and the coefficients of variation ranged from 2.0% to 12.3%. The detection limits were 0.003 mg / kg to 0.020 mg / kg. Conclusion The experimental results show that the research method has high accuracy, good precision and fast sensitivity. The technical indicators can meet the requirements of pesticide residue testing.
