随着国家科技的不断发展,需要人们创新的能力也就越来越强。所以,在我国的教育中,要重点培养有创新能力的人才。这种创新能力不是一朝一夕就能够获得的能力,也不是没有根据的想象,而是一个漫长且需要有知识理论性的创新。这就需要我们的教育工作者从小为孩子灌输创新能力。在幼儿教育中主要根据幼儿们的性格特点,通过何种教育方法来提高幼儿们的创新能力,处于幼儿阶段的孩子们都比较喜欢游戏,教师可以从游戏出发,来吸引孩子们的注意力。
With the continuous development of national science and technology, the ability to innovate requires more and more people. Therefore, in our education, we must focus on training qualified personnel with innovative capabilities. This ability to innovate is not a capability that can be obtained overnight, nor is it an unfounded imagination, but a lengthy and theoretical innovation that requires knowledge. This requires our educators to instill innovation into their children at an early age. In early childhood education, children’s ability to innovate is mainly based on the personality characteristics of young children and through which methods of education. Children in early childhood enjoy games and teachers can play games to attract children’s attention.
