我单位施工的一幢54m×24m 框架结构三层两跨工业厂房,在三层柱子完成安装屋面梁模时发现,三层边柱少配钢筋30%。事故原因是误将二层柱截面用于三层,柱子施工中又未能及时发现。处理方案:考虑到如加固柱子,工程量太大,成本较高。后通过框架结构计算,将屋面梁设计高度800mm 改为900mm,屋面梁线刚度加大,角弯矩分配系数提高,柱角弯矩分配系数相对减小,达到了减小柱子弯矩满足承载力要求的目的。
