1991年我院计收治伤寒病237例,中后期并发心肌炎54例,占22.8％,现分析如下。 1 临床资料 54例中,男23例,女31例,年龄9～50岁。心脏表现:心悸54例,胸闷痛35例,气短33例,出汗多28例,乏力头昏25例,发热54例(37.5～40.2℃)。心尖区第一心音低弱32例,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级收缩期吹风样杂音23例,心动过速33例,心动过缓10例,早搏31例,心包摩擦音2例。心电图表现:ST-T段移位、T波平坦、双相或倒置32例、Q-T间期延长25例、低
In our hospital in 1991, 237 cases of typhoid fever, 54 cases of myocarditis in the late period, accounting for 22.8%, are analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data 54 cases, 23 males and 31 females, aged 9 to 50 years. Cardiac manifestations: palpitations in 54 cases, 35 cases of chest pain, shortness of breath in 33 cases, 28 cases of sweating, fatigue, dizziness in 25 cases, fever in 54 cases (37.5 ~ 40.2 ℃). The apex of the first heart sound low in 32 cases, Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ systolic hair-like murmur in 23 cases, tachycardia in 33 cases, bradycardia in 10 cases, premature beats in 31 cases, 2 cases of pericardial friction fricative. Electrocardiogram: ST-T segment shift, T wave flat, biphasic or inverted in 32 cases, Q-T interval was extended in 25 cases, low
