迅光款踏板摩托车采用的油箱与其它摩托车采用的油箱不大相同,它体积大,成型情况复杂。由于是容器,不允许出现局部明显变薄甚至轻微的裂痕。特别是其中的油箱上体、油箱下体和加油口下体冲压模具,设计难度较大,试模过程中出现了一些典型的成型缺陷。下面将设计和试生产过程中遇到的一些问题及整改情况介绍如下,供同仁参考。
Fast light pedal motorcycle with the fuel tank used by other motorcycles are not the same, it is bulky, forming complex. Due to the container, it is not allowed to appear locally thinning or even slight cracks. In particular, the upper body of the fuel tank, the lower body of the fuel tank and the lower body of the fuel tank are punched into a mold, which is difficult to design. Some typical molding defects occur during the test mode. The following design and trial production process encountered some problems and the rectification of the situation are as follows, for my colleagues reference.
