黑龙江省密山市委书记、市人武部党委第一书记王保田,在抓好经济建设的同时,心系国防,情注武装,努力解决难点问题,为武装工作作出了贡献。 因多种原因,密山市人武部一直没有民兵训练基地。建于20世纪30年代的办公楼,今年被市房产部门确定为危楼。上任伊始,王保田带领规划局、房产局、土地局、财政局等有关部门领导现场办公。他指出:
