研究了在pH 5.5的弱酸性介质中,利用铁(Ⅲ)催化过氧化氢氧化邻氨基酚显色的指示反应,用萃取平衡控制反应时间和水相中邻氨基酚的浓度及反应程度,通过测量424 nm下有机相的吸光度,建立了萃取催化光度法测定痕量铁的新方法。方法的线性范围为0.50~40μg/L,检出限为1.6 ×10-7g/L。用本法测定了水、人发和食品中的痕量铁,结果满意。
The reaction of oxidizing o-aminophenol with iron (Ⅲ) catalyzed oxidation of o-aminophenol in a mildly acidic medium at pH 5.5 was investigated. The reaction time and the concentration of o-aminophenol and the extent of reaction , A new method for the determination of trace Fe by extraction catalytic spectrophotometry was established by measuring the absorbance of the organic phase at 424 nm. The linear range of the method was 0.50 ~ 40μg / L, the detection limit was 1.6 × 10-7g / L. The determination of trace amounts of iron in water, human hair and foodstuffs by this method was satisfactory.
