陆章铨,1930年1月17日生于宁波余姚陆埠镇。1948年18岁的陆章铨前往台湾谋生。最初,他在台北一家国际照相馆当学徒工,学到一手摄影的技艺,也懂得了不少经营的门道。1957年,陆章铨到台中创业,一个又一个的机遇接踵而至,台中终于成了他事业的发达之地。数年间,陆章铨凭借其在房地产及建筑业领域的成功,一跃成为台湾中部著名的实业家。60年代初,台湾房地产业勃兴,陆章铨凭着多年积聚的财力,以及在日、美、西欧各地所获得的见闻和经验,开设“大业”、“雷虎”等上地建筑开发公司,投资房地产及建筑业。到70年代,陆章铨共建造花园洋房3000多栋,以及台中新城、公园城、亚洲商业大厦等大批建筑,当之无愧地被誉为台中房地产及建筑商翘楚。1976年陆章铨出任台中国际商会、国际狮子会会长,荣膺台中市建筑投资商业公会理事长,台中浙江同乡会副理事长等职,以后又兼任台中太平洋工业区开发机构中邑产业开发股份有限公司董
Lu Quan Quan, January 17, 1930 Born in Ningbo Yuyao Lu Buzhen. 1948 Lu Changquan went to Taiwan to make a living. Initially, he was an apprentice at an international photo studio in Taipei, where he learned the art of first-hand photography and learned a lot of business. In 1957, when Lu Zhangquan started his business in Taichung, one after another opportunities came one after another, and Taichung finally became the developed land of his career. Over the years, with its success in the real estate and construction industries, Lu Zhangquan became a famous industrialist in central Taiwan. In the early 1960s, Taiwan’s real estate industry was booming. With the knowledge and experience gained in various parts of Japan, the United States and Western Europe, Lu Zhangquan set up the development and construction of the “Great Industry” and “Thunder Tiger” Company, investment in real estate and construction. By the 1970s, Lu Zhangquan built a total of more than 3,000 garden houses, as well as a large number of buildings such as Taichung New City, Park City, and Asia Commercial Building, making him a worthy leader in real estate and builder in Taichung. In 1976, Lu Zhangquan was appointed as the chairman of International Chamber of Commerce in Taichung, president of Lions Clubs International, chairman of Taichung Construction Investment Association and vice chairman of Taichung Zhejiang Native Association. Later on, he served as director of Taichung Pacific Industrial Development Corporation, Zhongyi Industrial Development Co., Ltd.
