为了满足日益增多的纯电动汽车电池管理系统上位机功能的需要,增强更好的人机互动体验,设计并实现了一种基于MK60DN512ZVLQ10为主控制器的电池管理系统上位机模块。该模块利用串口HMI触摸显示屏显示BMS下位机采集数据,设计了电池单体、电池组、故障诊断与报警的界面,同时通过显示屏触摸热区控制BMS对动力电池的充放电管理及电池状态参数阈值的设定。制定了CAN总线数据传输协议,在主控制器和下位机之间通过CAN总线进行数据交互。通过充放电过程的实际测试,本模块运行稳定、人机交互功能优越,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to meet the needs of the growing number of PC functions in a pure EV battery management system and to enhance a better human-computer interaction experience, a PCMC module based on the MK60DN512ZVLQ10 based controller is designed and implemented.
