0 Introduction Chawuuca Psules (CWC) is composed of traditional Chinese medicine such as Bupleurum, Wuweiyu, Ganoderma lucidum, and Salvia miltiorrhiza. It has the functions of soothing the liver, strengthening spleen, strengthening vitality and promoting blood circulation, and has good curative effect on chronic active and persistent hepatitis. To observe and control the quality of the drug, we use RP-HPI. The “C” method “’-” was used to determine the content of tanshinone DA in the preparation by an external peak area method. Simultaneously, the amount of DA was measured.
