总结一年来的工作,企业围绕中国加入 WTO的临近,如何抵御市场冲击这一课题,做了深入探讨,并就企业自身实际,制定了冲破企业所有制禁锢,实施社会性的强强联合,建设大商业,在连锁经营中求规模、求发展的战略思想和战略目标,在有限的时间内完善自我、发展自我。
