香港特别行政区居民的居留权是一个十分复杂的法律问题,它涉及面广泛,有着深刻的社会原因和历史背景,并直接影响到香港数百万居民的切身利益。直到今天,它还是香港社会十分关注的一个熟点。本文试对这一问题作一初步探讨,以供商榷。
The right of abode in Hong Kong residents is a very complicated legal issue. It covers a wide range of areas with profound social and historical backgrounds and directly affects the vital interests of millions of Hong Kong residents. It is still a familiar point in Hong Kong society until today. This article tries to make a preliminary discussion on this issue for discussion.
