患者24岁,农场职工,末次月经1995年8月15日,因停经40天有早孕反应,未行治疗。停经55天时突感胸闷、气喘、咽部痒,继而咳嗽、咯血,每次咯血约50ml,在某团场医院给予对症及抗炎治疗,未见好转,且逐渐加重,咯血量达100ml左右,每日2～3次,并发热,精神差,周身无力,急转我院。查体:体温37℃,脉搏96次/min,呼吸24次/min,血压13/10kPa,神志清,表情痛若,自动体位。皮肤粘膜稍苍白,无出血点。咽部无充血,扁桃体不肿大。呼吸运动正常,右肺底部呼吸音减弱,双肺未闻及干湿啰
