大一支箭为菊科植物Crepis napiferat(Franch.)Babc.,又名一支箭,为云南民间常用中草药。《滇南本草》记载有滋阴润肺、止肺热咳嗽、除虚劳发烧、功疮毒、利小便、止咳血之效。云南民间常用其根或全草治疗夜盲、百日咳、支气管炎等。滇南地区有些医疗单位曾用于治疗肿瘤。其化学成分尚未见报道。我们从其根的乙醇提取物中通过硅胶柱层析,分离出三个化合物(晶Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)。晶Ⅰ的分离及其结构鉴定已经完成。晶Ⅱ、晶Ⅲ的鉴定工作正在进行。晶Ⅰ:mp213～215℃[α]_(20)~D+67°(C=1,氯仿)。经质谱测定其分子量为468,结合元素分析,确定其分子式为C_(32)H_(52)O_2。醋酐-浓硫酸反应呈棕红色。IR v_(max)~(KBr) cm~(-1):1730(C=O),1245(C-O),1640(>C=CH_2)3070,880(=CH_2)。NMRδ:0.84,0.87,0.93,0.98.1.02,1.05,1.08(7个碳-CH_3),
The big arrow is the genus Crepis napiferat (Franch.) Babc., also known as an arrow, which is commonly used in folk medicine in Yunnan. “Southern Yunnan Materia Medica” records the effects of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs, stopping lung hyperactivity and coughing, removing consumptive fever, producing sore, urinating and coughing blood. Yunnan people often use their roots or whole grass to treat night blindness, whooping cough, bronchitis and so on. Some medical units in southern Taiwan used to treat tumors. Its chemical composition has not been reported. We separated the three compounds (Crystal I, II, III) from the ethanol extract of their roots by silica gel column chromatography. Separation of crystal I and its structural identification have been completed. The identification of crystal II and crystal III is underway. Crystal I: mp 213 ~ 215 °C [α] _ (20) ~ D +67 ° (C = 1, chloroform). The molecular weight of the product was 468 as determined by mass spectrometry. The elemental formula was determined to be C 32 H 52 O 2 . Acetic anhydride - concentrated sulfuric acid reaction was brownish red. IR v_(max)~(KBr) cm~(-1): 1730(C=O), 1245(C-O), 1640(>C=CH2)3070, 880(=CH2). NMR δ: 0.84, 0.87, 0.93, 0.98.1.02, 1.05, 1.08 (7 carbons-CH3),
