通过熔融共混法制备了高密度聚乙烯/超高分子量聚乙烯/纳米羟基磷灰(石HDPE/UHMWPE/纳米HA)生物复合材料,研究了增容剂三元乙丙橡胶接枝马来酸(酐EPDM-g-MAH)和聚烯烃弹性体接枝马来酸酐(POE-g-MAH)对复合材料力学性能的影响,并利用红外光谱、扫描电镜、热重分析仪及熔体流动速率仪表征了复合材料的微观结构、热性能和流动性能。结果表明:EPDM-g-MAH和POE-g-MAH均可提高HDPE/UHMWPE/纳米HA复合材料的相容性,其中EPDM-g-MAH的增容效果更明显;随着增容剂用量的增大,复合材料的熔体流动速率、热变形温度和热稳定性逐渐下降;与添加POE-g-MAH相比,含有EPDM-g-MAH的复合材料的综合性能较好。
High density polyethylene / ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene / nano-hydroxyapatite (stone HDPE / UHMWPE / nano-HA) biological composites were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of compatibilizer EPDM grafted maleic acid (EPDM-g-MAH) and polyolefine grafted maleic anhydride (POE-g-MAH) on the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by means of IR, SEM, TG and melt flow rate The instrument characterizes the microstructure, thermal and fluid properties of the composites. The results showed that both EPDM-g-MAH and POE-g-MAH could improve the compatibility of HDPE / UHMWPE / nano-HA composites. The compatibilization effect of EPDM-g-MAH was more obvious. And the melt flow rate, heat distortion temperature and thermal stability of the composites decreased gradually. Compared with POE-g-MAH, the composites with EPDM-g-MAH had better overall properties.
