研究了固液相区等温保温处理中Mg2Si/Al-Si复合材料初生相形貌的演变,探讨了不同保温温度和保温时间对初生相的影响。结果表明,保温温度相同时,随着保温时间的延长,初生相Mg2Si的形貌逐渐变好,尺寸变小;保温时间相同时,随着保温温度的增加,初生相Mg2Si的形貌逐渐变好,尺寸变小。最终获得了Mg2Si/Al-Si复合材料固液相区等温保温处理的合适工艺参数。
The morphologies of the primary phases of Mg2Si / Al-Si composites during isothermal heat treatment in solid-liquid zone were studied. The effects of different holding temperature and holding time on the primary phases were also discussed. The results show that with the same holding temperature, the morphology of the primary phase Mg2Si becomes better and the size becomes smaller with the increase of the holding time. With the same holding time, the morphology of the primary phase Mg2Si gradually becomes better , Smaller size. Finally, the suitable technological parameters of Mg2Si / Al-Si composites in isothermal heat treatment were obtained.
