作者探讨了杀虫脒(简称 CDF)对兔主动脉的扩张作用机理。将兔胸主动脉按纤维走向螺旋状切成条或将其外膜去掉,以此条作为实验用材料。对已知影响主动脉扩张的某些因素与 CDF 作用间的关系进行了一系列实验。
The authors explored the mechanism of dilatation of chlordimeform (CDF) on rabbit aorta. The rabbit thoracic aorta according to fiber spiral cut into strips or the outer membrane removed, as a test strip material. A series of experiments were conducted on the relationship between certain factors known to affect aortic dilatation and CDF effects.
