温济泽,是中国人民广播事业的主要创始人和奠基人之一。1946年6月,蒋介石发动全面内战,党中央决定对新华社和解放日报社进行重大改组,新华社原属编辑科的口头广播组扩大为语言广播部(通称“口播部”),加强口头广播宣传。温济泽被调到语言广播部担任主任,从此开始了他长达12年(1946~1958)的新闻广播宣传生涯。由于当时国内时局不断地变化,延安(陕北)新华广播电台经历了从延安到瓦窑
