目的 :筛选复方丹参浸膏的最佳透皮吸收促进剂。方法 :采用双室扩散池和HPLC法 ,考察不同浓度的杜香萜烯及其与 1 ,2 丙二醇不同配比对复方丹参浸膏中丹参酮ⅡA 透皮吸收的影响 ,并和氮酮进行比较。结果 :5 %杜香萜烯的促渗作用最强 ,比氮酮强 3.6倍。杜香萜烯与 1 ,2 丙二醇体现了较好的协同作用 ,当两者混合比为 4∶1时促渗效果最好。结论 :杜香萜烯和 1 ,2 丙二醇混合物为复方丹参浸膏的最佳促进剂。
Objective : To screen the best transdermal absorption enhancer of compound Danshen extract. METHODS: The effects of different concentrations of docetaxel and its different ratios of 1,2-propanediol on the transdermal absorption of tanshinone IIA in compound Danshen extract were investigated using a double chamber diffusion cell and HPLC method, and compared with azone. Results : The penetration promoting effect of 5% camptothecin was the strongest, 3.6 times stronger than Azone. Duxiangene and 1,2-propanediol showed good synergistic effect. When the mixing ratio was 4:1, the effect of promoting penetration was best. Conclusion : The mixture of dusinone and 1,2-propanediol is the best promoter of compound Danshen extract.
