利用固气反应原理和方法制备FeN化合物.反应气氛为NH3,H2,[N]和[H]的混合物.分析了NH3的分解过程及[N]和Fe的反应.当NH3/[NH3+H2]的比例为5%~15%(体积百分数)和反应温度为640~680℃时,通过水淬或冰水淬可得到几乎纯净的体状γFe(N).当NH3/[NH3+H2]为16%~50%和反应温度为400~640℃时,均匀、单一且纯的Fe4N体状化合物可以得到.研究了工艺条件对制备氮化物的影响规律.结果表明:γFe(N)是非磁性的,Fe4N是铁磁性的.其饱和磁化强度、居里温度和矫顽力室温下分别为186A·m2/kg,480℃和039kA/m.
The solid-gas reaction principle and method for preparing Fe N compounds. The reaction atmosphere is a mixture of NH3, H2, [N] and [H]. The decomposition of NH3 and the reaction of [N] with Fe were analyzed. When the ratio of NH3 / [NH3 + H2] is 5% ~ 15% (volume fraction) and the reaction temperature is 640 ~ 680 ℃, almost pure body γFe (N) can be obtained by water quenching or ice water quenching. When NH3 / [NH3 + H2] is 16% ~ 50% and the reaction temperature is 400 ~ 640 ℃, a homogeneous, pure and pure Fe4N-like compound can be obtained. The influence of technological conditions on the preparation of nitrides was studied. The results show that: γ Fe (N) is non-magnetic, Fe4N is ferromagnetic. The saturation magnetization, Curie temperature and coercivity at room temperature were 186A · m2 / kg, 480 ℃ and 0 39kA / m.
