泌尿系结石是广东省的常见病、多发病,其原因未完全清楚,防治上没有彻底办法,手术治疗仍是主要的手段。因此,不断改进外科手术方法,正确掌握手术原则,对提高治疗尿石症效果至为重要。本文报道一例肾石并发慢性肾功能不全的病人,经多次手术,最后被迫切除患肾,谈谈肾石并慢性肾功能不全患者手术时,经常遇到的问题,以便从中吸取经验教训。
Urinary stones is a common disease in Guangdong Province, frequently-occurring disease, the reason is not entirely clear, there is no prevention and treatment methods, surgical treatment is still the main means. Therefore, continuous improvement of surgical methods, the correct grasp of the principle of surgery, to improve the treatment of urolithiasis is essential. This article reports a case of patients with nephrolithiasis complicated with chronic renal insufficiency, after multiple surgeries, and finally forced to remove the kidney, to talk about the problems often encountered in patients with kidney stones and chronic renal insufficiency in order to learn from the lessons learned.
