尿道下裂是较为普通的先天性发育反常。在胚胎时期,尿道沟的正常发育障碍,尿道沟不完全闭合到阴茎头的尖部而形成尿道下裂畸形。临床分类除阴茎头型尿道口达阴茎远端1/3者外,一般均应进行手术治疗,其术式甚为纷繁。我们自1975—1982年2月共收治尿道下裂者100余例,均作二期手术治疗,其尿道成形术均采用改良Denis—Browne氏法。现将完整病例76例作总结。分析如下:
