内燃机的气缸盖和气缸体绝大部分是用灰铸铁制造的。不仅浇注成品率比较低,而且在机械加工过程中,报废率也较大,且在使用不当时还会出现裂缝及破碎等缺陷。气缸盖和气缸体是内燃机中构造较复杂的大部件,制造困难、成本高,因此采用正确的修复工艺有很大的经济意义。目前许多内燃机厂和内燃机修配厂,已比较广泛地采用环氧树脂粘补法来修复气缸盖和气缸体。下面将我厂使用环氧树脂粘补法修复气缸盖和气缸体的情况向大家作一介绍。一、粘补范围及粘补处的物理机械性能用环氧树脂粘补修复内燃机的气缸盖及气缸体的缺陷,范围比较广,效果比较好。
