1 故障现象:红外探头的灯不亮,调节25W,50W转换开关,亮度调节电位器无效。2 分析检修:该仪整机其摄像、监视功能均正常,因此,故障仅与红外光源通路及控制部件有关,通常有4种原因1．光源灯损坏;2．光源功率变换、调节开关失灵;3．红外光源处理及控制电路板控制失效;4．电路板供电电源故障。根据上述分析,首先怀疑灯泡损坏,打开机外探头,发现探头内除灯泡外,还有一个DC 12V的直流散热风机,经测试该风机正常,更换新灯泡,开机故障依旧;没有听到风机转动声,怀疑是主机箱没有对探头供电,打开主机箱开机测风机两引线,果然没有DC 12V电压存在,按
