1 前言支气管镜检查术和支气管灌洗术已广泛应用于临床,是呼吸系统疾病的重要诊疗手段。然而,在检查和治疗过程中不断从患者口腔喷吐痰液和唾液等分泌物,沾污检查野和术者一直未能解决。因此,要求助手或家属不断用手纸或纱布为患者清理口周分泌物。为了解决这个问题,作者研制成功支气管镜检查用保洁口罩,经临床应用效果良好,介绍如下。2 保洁口罩的设计与构造该保洁口罩由口罩、手控电动吸引阀门和Y形三通管三部分组成。口罩的形状及构造(图1),根据口部周围的形状,用透明有机玻璃或硬质塑料模压而成,其边缘钝圆。置于患者口周可与皮肤密接,其上方装有两个固定栓,并备有带尼龙搭扣的敷带;手控电动吸引阀门由带手柄的弹簧夹、硅胶管、塑料绝缘体和手动开关组成(图2);Y形三通管用金属管或硬质塑料管制成。
1 Introduction Bronchoscopy and bronchial lavage have been widely used in clinical practice and are important diagnostic and therapeutic tools for respiratory diseases. However, during the inspection and treatment process, sputum and saliva secretions are constantly spitting from the patient’s mouth. Contamination tests and surgery have not been resolved. Therefore, an assistant or family member is required to constantly clean the oral secretions for the patient by using paper or gauze. In order to solve this problem, the author successfully developed a cleaning mask for bronchoscopy. 2 The design and structure of the cleaning mask The cleaning mask consists of a mask, a manual electric suction valve and a Y-shaped tee. The shape and structure of the mask (Fig. 1) are molded from clear plexiglass or hard plastic, depending on the shape of the mouth, and its edges are blunt. Placed on the patient’s mouth to allow close contact with the skin, above it is equipped with two fixed bolts and equipped with a strap with a Velcro; manual electric suction valve consists of a spring clip with handle, silicone tube, plastic insulator and manual switch Composition (Figure 2); Y-shaped tee is made of metal pipe or rigid plastic pipe.
