该厂以生产重铬酸钠为主,产品用于皮革工业揉皮等。主要是六价铬污染生产环境,六价铬易吸收,并且有强烈的刺激性及过敏作用,对人体的危害主要是皮肤粘膜,以鼻粘膜多见。调查资料该厂有铬矿石粉碎、转窑、浸取、酸化、蒸发、结晶等工种202人,其中女工52人,工龄7个月～24年。个人防护有工作服、手套、口罩、胶靴及常规洗澡。我们对在岗工人进行了症状询问及体检。多数人有咳嗽、咳痰、鼻干痛、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛等刺激症状及头晕、头痛、失眠多梦等神经衰弱症侯群。
