本文就新时期开展员工培训的方式方法和培训管理等问题,提出了培训向市场、基层、员工和精细管理延伸的思想。介绍了近几年开展员工素质培训的基本做法及取得的成效。特别是在培训工作与勘探市场的贴近、加强对基层开展自主培训的管理与指导以及培训机制的建立完善等方面作出了积极的探索和实践,对实施企业精细管理具有一定的现实意义。
This article puts forward the idea of extending training to the market, grass roots, staff and fine management on the ways and means of training staff in the new era. This paper introduces the basic practices and the achievements made in carrying out employee quality training in recent years. In particular, we have actively explored and practiced the close cooperation between training and exploration markets, strengthened the management and guidance of self-training at the grassroots level, and the establishment and improvement of training mechanisms, which are of practical significance for implementing the fine management of enterprises.
