用光镜和电镜免疫细胞化学方法,研究了大鼠垂体远侧部ACTH细胞与GH细胞的形态学关系,以及在实验性胃溃疡状态下的变化。正常情况下,ACTH细胞与GH细胞彼此相邻,紧密接触,ACTH细胞的胞质突起可伸到GH细胞之间或包绕GH细胞。电镜下,有的ACTH细胞与GH细胞之间可见有基板相隔,但更常见两者直接贴邻,没有基板分隔,并可见有些细胞之间有细胞连接。在实验性胃溃疡状态下,与GH细胞相邻的ACTH细胞百分比数显著低于正常对照组,而血清GH水平则比正常对照组显著升高。本研究结果表明,ACTH细胞与GH细胞之间在形态学上彼此相邻和密切接触的关系,提示这两种细胞之间可能存在某种功能上的联系。
The morphological relationship between ACTH cells and GH cells in the distal pituitary of rats and the changes in the experimental gastric ulcer state were studied by light microscopy and electron microscopy immunocytochemistry. Under normal circumstances, ACTH cells and GH cells adjacent to each other, in close contact with the cytoplasmic process of ACTH cells can stretch to or between GH cells. Electron microscope, some ACTH cells and GH cells can be seen between the substrate separated, but more commonly the two are directly adjacent to each other, there is no substrate separation, and some cells can be seen in cell connections. In the experimental gastric ulcer state, the percentage of ACTH cells adjacent to GH cells was significantly lower than that of the normal control group, while the serum GH level was significantly higher than that of the normal control group. Our results suggest that the morphologically adjacent and intimate contact between ACTH cells and GH cells suggests that there may be some functional relationship between the two cells.
