介绍了河南省矿产资源及其开发利用的现状，总结了河南省依法管矿的经验，主要是对矿产资源合理规划、优化配置；重视乡镇矿业的发展，依法办矿、科学办矿等。做到矿管工作与服务相结合，促进矿业的发展。
The current situation of mineral resources in Henan Province and its exploitation and utilization are introduced. The experience of Henan province in accordance with the law of tube mining is summarized. It is mainly about the rational planning and optimal allocation of mineral resources; paying attention to the development of township and village mining, conducting ore mines in accordance with the law and running ore by science.
