高压氧在医学方面已广泛应用于临床,近年来在眼科的应用亦有较大进展。我们于1988年10月至1989年11月采用高压氧治疗重症视网膜震荡16例,疗效满意,现报告如下。临床资料在16例视网膜震荡伤中,男性13例,女性3例,年龄最大51岁,最小8岁。右眼11例,左眼5例。其中伴有前房出血3例,玻璃体出血3例,视网膜出血8例,脉络膜破裂2例。患眼视力在眼前手动至0.2之间。本组患者入院后均应用了血管扩张剂和
