患者女,60岁,因双眼发痒、流泪、伴异物感月余于1989年8月10日来我科门诊.当地作“双眼结膜炎”给0.25%氯霉素眼药水、0.5%金霉素眼膏、2%链霉素眼药水及0.5%可的松眼膏等药物治疗,但症状反而加重,视力也明显下降.发病前无明显异物外伤史及眼部红肿史.检查:视力右眼0.4,左眼0.5.裂隙灯下见双眼角膜荧光素染色阳性,睑球结膜充血,无乳头肥大及滤泡增生.在右
