在14个单位参加的生物样品中主要有毒物质或其代谢物测定方法规范研究工作中,包括了50多个测定方法的研制。为了确保研制工作的水平和质量,在工作开始时协作组就制定了本〈准则〉的试行草案。以后四年的实践过程中又经三次认真的讨论与修改,形成本准则的定稿。并于1990年5月通过了专家鉴定。本准则保证了生物监测方法研制的科学性和可靠性,符合劳动卫生生物监测工作及职业病诊断辅助指标的要求并适合我国国情。它将使今后生物监测方法研制工作有了统一的要求,从而较易达到全国范围的规范化。
More than 50 assays were developed in the specification work on the method for the determination of major toxicants or their metabolites in biological samples of 14 units. In order to ensure the level and quality of the research and development work, the collaborative group developed the pilot draft of this Code at the beginning of the work. After four years of practice in the process of three serious discussions and amendments to form the final version of the guidelines. And in May 1990 passed the expert appraisal. The Guidelines ensure the scientific and reliable biological monitoring methods developed in line with the work of sanitary monitoring of health and occupational disease diagnostic indicators and meet the requirements of China’s national conditions. It will make the future development of biological monitoring methods have a unified requirement, which is easier to achieve a nationwide standardization.
