班级管理工作是班主任工作中的一个重要组成部分,对于班级的管理,不仅需要保证班级工作的顺利进行,同时对培养学生良好的思想品德、文化修养也有重要的影响。因此在实际的班级管理工作中,班主任必须不断的对班级管理工作进行优化、改进,科学的对班级中存在的问题和关系进行处理,这样才能促进班级管理工作质量的不断提高。本文主要从爱与责任的角度对初中班主任班级管理工作进行研究。
Class management is an important part of the class teacher’s work. For class management, it not only needs to ensure the smooth progress of class work, but also has an important influence on cultivating students good moral character and cultural accomplishment. Therefore, in the actual class management, the class teacher must continue to optimize the class management, improve and scientifically deal with the problems and relations in the class, so as to promote the continuous improvement of class management quality. This article mainly studies the class management of junior middle school teachers from the perspective of love and responsibility.
