在企业集群环境中,结合知识的特性并用补偿机制及博弈理论研究分析了同一企业的内部员工之间和企业之间的知识共享。当员工可以通过知识分享获得额外收益时,知识的分享就会加速,而且知识的保密契约在集群环境下是靠不住的。模型的分析结果不仅解释了知识得以在集群中迅速转移的原因,也说明了集群内同质企业大量产生的理由。
In the enterprise cluster environment, combining the characteristics of knowledge and using compensation mechanism and game theory to study and analyze the knowledge sharing among employees and enterprises in the same enterprise. When employees can gain additional benefits through knowledge sharing, the sharing of knowledge accelerates, and the confidentiality of knowledge contracts is unreliable in a cluster environment. The results of the model analysis not only explain the reason why knowledge can be quickly transferred in the cluster, but also explain the reasons for the mass production of homogeneous enterprises in the cluster.
