钙拮抗剂与氯吡格雷联用在临床上较为常见。而两者在体内皆经肝药酶CYP3A4所代谢,尤其是二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂。因此作者假设氯吡格雷和二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂间可能存在互相作用,进而相互影响各自疗效,并就此进行了验证。200例接受经皮冠脉介入治疗后的冠状动脉病患者,年龄63~68岁
Calcium antagonists and clopidogrel in clinical use is more common. Both are metabolized in the body by the liver enzyme CYP3A4, especially dihydropyridine calcium antagonists. Therefore, the authors hypothesize that there may be interactions between clopidogrel and dihydropyridine calcium antagonists, which in turn may affect each other’s efficacy and have been validated. 200 patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention after coronary artery disease patients, aged 63 to 68 years
