由于次级整流式电阻焊机具有适应性强、能焊低碳钢、铝和铝合金、不锈钢、钛和钛合金以及其它一些新型材料。焊接质量好,功率因数高,所需的输入容量小等优点,在国内已得到了广泛的应用。在解决难焊金属及其合金的焊接,多层钢板焊接和有镀层零件的焊接方面均获得了较为满意的结果。然而从节能和实现大结构、高质量焊接头的目的出发,发展大容量、长臂二次回路的三相次级整流式电阻焊机已为许多单位和用户提出要求。近几年来,我厂根据用户的需要,在生产单相次级整流点焊机的基础上已成功地试制出:由三个容量各为200仟伏安的变压器
