我国已形成配额加许可证、配额招标、经营管理、商会协调、审价五位一体、有机联系、相互配合的外贸出口商品管理体制。 外经贸部贸管司司长李东生在全国外经贸工作会议外贸管理工作座谈会上透露,目前我国以配额、许可证管理的出口商品共计143种,实行配额许可证管理的出口商品金额占总出口额的1/4。李东生说,
