目的加强广东省个人剂量监测实验室质量控制,提高个人剂量检测技术水平。方法 9家参比实验室按要求准备5组剂量计(3组为盲样组,1组为跟随本底,1组备用),由广东省职业病防治院辐照检验室照射3组盲样剂量计,各实验室独立测量并处理数据后报送比对结果。结果 9家参比实验室比对结果优秀3家,良好、合格各2家,不及格2家,合格率为77.8%。结论广东省个人剂量监测实验室总体情况尚好,建议测量结果平均偏差大于15%的实验室需要查找原因并进行整改,以提高监测质量。
Objective To strengthen the quality control of personal dose monitoring laboratory in Guangdong Province and improve the personal dose detection technology. Methods Nine reference laboratories prepared five dosimeters as required (three groups were blind sample group, one group followed and the other one group reserved). Three blind samples were irradiated by radiation laboratory of Guangdong Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital Total, each laboratory independent measurement and processing of data submitted after the comparison results. Results The results of nine reference laboratories were excellent, three were good, two were qualified and two failed. The pass rate was 77.8%. Conclusion The overall situation of personal dose monitoring laboratory in Guangdong Province is still good. It is suggested that the laboratories with average deviation of measurement more than 15% need to find out the causes and rectify them so as to improve the quality of monitoring.
