本文以北京市南水北调配套工程东干渠盾构暗涵工程为工程背景,结合该工程中的特级风险源北苑桥主线桥的工程环境,阐述了盾构穿越北苑桥主线桥的洞外和洞内的技术措施。该项目中技术措施的成功应用,对以后同类工程的施工具有借鉴和推广作用。
