科技成果管理涉及内容颇多,诸如成果鉴定、成果登记、成果奖励、成果推广,等等。根据我省科技成果管理的现状,本文将着重于科技成果信息管理方面的探讨,意在探索一个既具有丰富的成果信息储存功能,又有利于进行成果交流、交易,既不失行政的宏观控制,又能实现成果的商品化经营的科技成果信息管理体制。我认为建立省科技成果信息库可以使这一目标得到较好地实现。现就省科学技术成果信息库(以下简称“成果库”)的任务、构成、管理、经营等作些初步探讨。
