本文介绍一种新型的装有抗菌素药头的硅橡胶导尿管。药头是由单组份硫化硅橡胶和硫酸卡那霉素以1∶1比例混合,在室温下固化制成的。每一药头含硫酸卡那霉素20—30万单位。测试证实,它能持续20天左右释放足够抑菌浓度(>20u/ml)的抗菌素。应用病人50例,得到完整资料27例。证实应用该管后尿内白细胞明显减少;尿内抗菌素浓度大多数大于有效抑菌浓度;细菌培养转阴性的及减少的达8O％。
This article describes a new type of silicone rubber catheter with an antibiotic head. The drug head is made from one-part silicone rubber and kanamycin sulfate mixed in a ratio of 1: 1 and cured at room temperature. Each drug contains kanamycin sulfate 20-30 units. Tests confirm that it can release antibiotics with sufficient inhibitory concentration (> 20u / ml) for about 20 days. Application of 50 patients, get complete information in 27 cases. Confirmed that the use of the tube significantly decreased urinary leukocytes; most of the concentration of antibiotics in the urine is greater than the effective inhibitory concentration; negative bacterial culture and reduced up to 80%.
